Fieldbrook Cozy Designer (Pinellas) 🐶

Our group has stayed in this home a few times now. It was a 5 star lodging but today, we would give it 4 stars The location is perfect! The space is great, 3 good size bedrooms with comfortable mattresses. A fully stocked kitchen and open concept LR/DR. Our favorite spot is the lanai. We have coffee there in the morning and wrap up the day enjoying a light bite in the fresh air. The reason we only give it 4 stars is that over the years, the furniture has seen better days. It’s now stained and musty smelling, which transferred to our clothes. Thankfully, the laundry room has a decent washer and dryer. With a minimal amount of TLC, this house will restored to its original splendor.

Everything was perfect…the house…the location…the linens…the kitchen & bath supplies…the communication with the host. We had a wonderful time & hope to be back again.

Spacious and clean. Very close to both town centers and restaurants. Would book again.

Sitting on the lanai every sunny morning listening to the birds sing was amazing. House was well stocked and nicely appointed.

We rented this property for a month and we can only say it was perfect in every way. The kitchen is equipped with anything you could possibly need including a magic bullet, blender, mixer, crockpot, drip and Keurig coffee maker.The property is near 2 different pools that you can walk to within a half of a mile. Walmart and Publix only 1.8 miles away. Conveniently located between Brownwood & Lake Sumter. Property was clean and Jessie was very responsive to all of our questions. We would totally stay again!!
