Wonderful property in ideal location between Brownwood, Eastport, and Sawgrass town squares. Beds were extremely comfortable and the house was immaculately cleaned. Pool and spa were wonderful as well. Would stay here again! Access to bicycles and a bike/walking path next to the house allowed for easy exploring and exercising.

The villa looked exactly like it did in the pictures. The villa was clean & tidy, there was products there so you were able to make a tea or coffee. So many towels were provided so there was no shortage when using the pool. Extra sheets for the beds. The information pack was well laid out & informative. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Only one TV works (very slow) and you need to use your own streaming services. Pool was unavailable for part of the time due to service. Would not rent
